SUSTAINABLE PALM OIL AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

To summarize the first year of activities, the Polish Coalition for Sustainable Palm Oil (PCSPO) is holding a conference on the assessment of the palm oil market in Poland and the importance of certification in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

The program has been divided into 3 blocks:

The conference addresses topics as: Sustainable palm oil in Poland, certification and standards, Sustainable Development Goals, European Green Deal, NDPE, sustainable resource acquisition, response to market challenges, and a sustainable supply chain.

‘Sustainable Palm Oil and Sustainable Development Goals’ is the main conference of the Polish Coalition for Sustainable Palm Oil, which aims to achieve 100% sustainable palm oil in Poland by 2023 by taking actions to increase knowledge and awareness about sustainable palm oil among consumers and entities operating in the Polish market. This initiative is an independent coalition composed of major industry companies, industry and non-governmental organizations, certification bodies and the Scientific Council.
